To expand into new markets, Paytm Money seeks professional contact centers with proven expertise in telesales, customer support, and inbound/outbound call handling.
The following criteria will guide the selection process
Proven Track Record:Expertise in BPO operations and outbound telesales.
Flexible Payment Terms:Willingness to work on a fixed pay-per-seat model with weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payouts.
Infrastructure Readiness:Advanced telesales systems, including predictive calling, call recording, internal quality assurance, and training programs.
Scalability:Capability to accommodate workforce changes, scaling up or down as required.
Workforce Expertise:Ability to recruit skilled, native, or near-native language professionals within tight timeframes (up to 10 FTEs per week).
Innovation:Provide unique and creative solutions to gain a competitive edge
Team Structure:
Earnings Potential:Fixed seat pay or commission structure, ranging between INR 45,000 to INR 80,000 per seat/month.
Payments disbursed every 30 days, with potential revisions based on roles and responsibilities.
Performance Incentives:Additional incentives will be provided based on results.
35 months, renewable. Flexibility to scale between 10 and 100 seats.
