To expand into new markets, Paytm Money seeks professional Contact Centers specializing in generating leads and sign-ups via outbound telesales, inbound calls, and customer support.


Role of the Contact Center


  • Facilitate customer sign-ups on the Paytm Money platform by making outbound calls.
  • Ensure all sign-ups are valid and completed with customer consent.

Selection Criteria


Contact Centers will be selected based on the following

Proven Expertise: Demonstrated capabilities in BPO operations and outbound sales.

Compensation Model: Open to fixed pay per seat with weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payouts.

Infrastructure Readiness: Equipped with predictive calling systems, call recording, internal quality assurance, and training.

Scalability: Ability to scale operations, accommodating increases and decreases in FTEs.

Workforce Recruitment: Capability to hire highly skilled, native, or near-native language professionals within tight timeframes (up to 10 FTEs per week).

Innovation: Ability to deliver creative and competitive solutions.


Compliance:


  • Clean criminal backgrounds for all employees (direct or subcontracted).
  • Adherence to data privacy regulations, local labor laws, and health & safety standards.
  • Conduct business discussions in English.

Additional Contact Center Requirements


  • Minimum of 10 FTEs per language, excluding supervisory staff.
  • Flexibility to increase up to 20 FTEs without notice.
  • Increases beyond 20 FTEs require a 15-day notice and written approval.

Training


  • Initial “Train-the-Trainer” sessions and recorded call samples will be provided.
  • The Contact Center must train new employees and incorporate quality feedback.

Infrastructure


  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 200 Mbps bandwidth.
  • Workstations for agents (1:1 ratio) with the following specifications
  • Windows 7 or higher, Pentium i5/i7 processors
  • 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended), 500 GB HDD
  • 17” monitors or larger, Google Chrome installed

Compensation


We offer competitive pay and incentives:

Fixed Seat Pay or Commission: INR 45,000 to INR 80,000 per seat/month. Payments will be made every 30 days and revised based on roles and responsibilities.

Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives will be provided

Contract Duration: 35 months, renewable. The agreement allows for scaling between 10 and 100 seats.

Review Process

Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) will be reviewed to assess the feasibility of engagement. Cost information shared will only be used for budget estimation purposes.

  • Decisions on Contact Center selection/rejection will be communicated within 10 business days of receiving the RFI.
  • Final allocation is subject to background checks and compliance inspections.
